    We may record telephone calls for your additional security and to help improve our levels of customer service. Calls may also be monitored for staff training purposes.

    Opening Times

    Our Sales, Renewals and Customer Service Teams are available;
    9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
    We are closed weekends and Bank Holidays.

    Our Claims Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Complaints or Feedback

    We aim to give a high level of service at all times. However, if you have a complaint or feedback regarding the service provided or how your cover was sold, please contact:

    If your complaint is about AmTrust Specialty Limited or the European Recovery terms and conditions, we may refer your complaint to AmTrust Specialty Limited.
    We will contact you within 5 working days from receiving your complaint to acknowledge your complaint and confirm what action we are taking. We will aim to resolve your concerns as soon as possible and will keep you informed if we can’t complete this within 4 weeks. You may have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service but please wait for a final response from us before doing so.  Further information for the Financial Ombudsman Service is available at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
    Please note that for UK only breakdown (provided by Sterling Rock) this is an unregulated product and therefore you are unable to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
